Working within the SIRS group of companies, we are able to provide a highly efficient Engraving Service coupled with Light Engineering / Fabrication, Surface Finishing , Assembly and a Quality System working to ISO9001 standards.
Our craftsmen are trained to the highest standards and use computer controlled rotary, laser and traditional engraving machines.
From our location in Meopham, Kent, we supply to industries worldwide - assisting with design, material selection and methods of manufacture.

ROTARY COMPUTER ENGRAVING
A range of computer controlled rotary engraving machines are utilised to provide an accurate and efficient service for a wide selection of products. Customer information can be directly imported into the equipment program to ensure accurate replication with minimal programming time.
The finish achieved by our machines is of the highest quality and we take time to ensure the Customers needs are met to the fullest extent.
The rotary computer controlled machines provide flexibility of working on large panels of material through to small and fine designs.
LASER COMPUTER ENGRAVING
Laser Engraving has provided a useful alternative to some forms of rotary engraving and added elements of other processes including screen printing and surface etching.
The laser beam can fuse Images, Text, Pictures or Patterns onto many surfaces provising a permanent finish that has an attractive and High Quality finish.
Many materials, including plastics, rubbers, and metals can be profiled in shape to a high level of accuracy without leaving any burrs or rough edges. We can work with most materials provided by Customers.
JIGS & FIXTURES
We work closely with SIRS Navigation Ltd, an Aerospace company, to develop jigs, fixtures and tooling to assist in their manufacturing processes.
We demonstrate innovation in design and are able to suggest solutions to assist with the completion of tasks.
